[mypyc] Fix error handling when unboxing tuples - #21952

Preserve conversion exceptions, such as i64 overflow, instead of replacing them with TypeError when unboxing tuple items. Clean up references to earlier items before propagating an error.

I checked that the added tests behave as expected also at IR
level and would fail without the changes.
